Wooden handmade whisk beater, whisker for making ghee from milk. It is use for mixing the contents. It is handmade from seesham wood type strong wood. It will not absorb any liquid while using it for mixing. This whisk is 11 inch long and diameter is 3 inch approx. The dowel is inserted into holes of base and attached which joint will not remove easily. It is very strong enough.
In India it is called mathani and jharni or ravai for mixing milk to make ghee from it. It is best natural product to have in the kitchen.
